Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Lewiston Concrete, a concrete contractor in Lewiston, ID, handles the information you share when you use our website, fill out our form or call us about a driveway, patio, slab or other job.
It applies to this site, starting at our home page, and to the messages and calls that come through it. If you want to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page covers that.
What information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and give you an estimate. That falls into a few groups:
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, call us or email us, you may share your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and details about the work, such as photos of cracks, sinking or pooling water.
Information from your visit. Like most websites, ours may record basic technical details, such as your browser type, device, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed and the general area your visit came from.
Cookies. A cookie is a small file your browser stores so a site can remember your visit. We may use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to see which pages people find useful.
How our contact form works
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type into it is sent to that service and then passed to us. That service handles your information under its own privacy terms, and we use what reaches us only to reply to you about your job.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to call or write you back, set up an estimate, plan the work and keep a record of what we agreed on.
We use visit details and cookies in summary form, to see how the site is used and fix what isn't working, not to build a profile of you.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it to marketers.
When we share it
We share your information only when it's needed to do the job or run the business. That can include the form and analytics services that support this site, people who help us with things like scheduling or bookkeeping, and anyone we're required to share it with by law.
Anyone we share it with is expected to use it only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and job records for as long as we need them to answer you, finish the work, stand behind it afterward and meet our tax and business record-keeping duties. When we no longer need them, we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.
Analytics and cookie data is kept for shorter periods, usually set by the tool that collects it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep something to finish your job or follow the law, and if so we'll tell you what and why.
You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site should still work, though some parts may not remember your visit.
Depending on where you live, your state may give you more rights over your information, and we'll honor those when you ask.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our site, our tools or the law changes. The current version will always be on this page, and if you keep using the site after a change, the updated policy applies.
Questions or privacy concerns
If you have a question about your information, want to make a request or think something has been handled wrong, call us at (208) 848-5044 or reach us through our Contact page. Tell us what you need and how to reach you, and we'll look into it and get back to you.
