How I came to pour concrete in Lewiston
I taught myself concrete on projects around my own place here in Lewiston, and I learned the rest working on other people's job sites before I started Lewiston Concrete in 2017. Doing it on my own ground first taught me that a slab is only as good as what it sits on. I'm still the one who comes out to look at your job and write the estimate, because I'd rather see the ground myself than guess from a photo.
Most of our calls come from homeowners, plus some foundation and small commercial work, and we're best known for flatwork, the driveways, patios and walks you use every day. Because we work on both sides of the state line, I check with the city or county office that covers your address before we start and tell you what they said. Concrete only gets one shot, so I'd rather tell you your old slab needs replacing than sell you a finish that won't hold.
